15 in 2015

2015 is going to be another exciting year of travel for me as I am planning to conquer 15 destinations this year with my 15 in 2015 project. I am looking into a number of locations to include in my list and it is getting me excited. Let me share with you what is on my list as of this writing.

1.      Mount Samat

I really enjoy reading up on the history of the destinations that I intend to visit. History excites me and I guess Mount Samat in Bataan have a lot of history to share with its visitors. Mount Samat was on my list some years back but was never crossed off from it. I hope to get to see it this year.

2.      Seven Lakes of San Pablo City

Here is another destination that I have been rooting to visit last year but never got to do it. As of this writing, I finally did it. San Pablo is close to my heart as my great grandfather hails from this city. Its main tourism fronts are the lakes and Villa Escudero and I am glad that I will be able to share my experience with you.

3.     Burot Beach

I want to try camping this year and Burot Beach in Batangas is on my list. This soon-to-be developed destination is worth checking out before commercialization kicks in.

4.     Taal, Batangas

Taal is another heritage town that I wish to finally visit this year. I visited the town previously but I haven’t really taken the time to explore it. I am looking forward to be able to discover Taal this year.

5.     Siquijor

Mystical and mysterious, the island of Siquijor is one for the list this year. I am interested with checking this destination for its natural beauty and its myths.

These are five of my intended destinations for this year and with my plans of going active with my travel blogging; I hope to be able to share my experiences with you.

Another project that I am intending to do which I hope some of you can join me is Explore Manila!

I was inspired by a fellow IGer, @byaherong_gala, when I joined him on one of his journeys to discover the different towns of Bulacan. It was at that time that “Explore Manila!” was born. I am planning to discover the sights and sounds of the 16 cities and 1 municipality of Metro Manila. I would like to find out the rich history and the amazing tourist spots that Metro Manila has to offer. The adventure will run for the whole year.

2015 is definitely an exciting year to look forward to and I am really excited to take this year’s ride. I know that this year is just going to be an adventure.
